What we collect

What we never see

Your card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own pages. We receive only a customer reference, whether the subscription is active, and when the paid period ends. No card number, expiry or security code ever reaches us.

Why we keep it

To sign you in, to remember where you got to in a mission, to show your rank and standing, and to know whether your membership is active. That is all.

Who else handles it

Nobody else. We do not sell your information.

Our own measurement

We count how far people get: pages viewed, buttons clicked, missions started and finished, and whether somebody subscribed. This is recorded on our own server and shared with nobody. It is how we find the places where the site is confusing.

Before you have an account this is tied to a random identifier in a cookie — not to a name, an email or an address. If you later sign up, that identifier is attached to your account so we can see the whole path. There is no third-party analytics company involved and nothing follows you to other websites.

Cookies

Three of ours, none of which follow you anywhere else: one keeps you signed in, one is the random identifier described above, and one exists for a few minutes during Google sign-in to make sure the reply came back from the same browser that started it. Clearing them signs you out.

If you accept advertising cookies, Meta also sets its own. If you are in the EU or UK we ask first and nothing from Meta loads until you say yes. Everywhere else it loads by default — you can turn it off at any time by writing to us, and declining changes nothing about how MissionStack works.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your account and your progress. Records of payments are kept by Stripe for as long as the law requires them to.

Your choices

Write to contact@learnmissionstack.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it. If you are in the UK or EU, these are your rights under GDPR and they apply here regardless of where we are.

Children

MissionStack is professional training and is not intended for under-16s.
