Cancellation and refunds

Cancel whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods — which is why the first mission is free, so you can see what this is before paying for it.

How to cancel

Go to your account page and choose Manage billing. Cancel there and it takes effect at the end of your current period. You do not need to email anyone, and there is no retention call.

What happens to your access

Nothing changes until the period you have paid for runs out. If you cancel on day three of a month you have paid for, you keep every lesson for the rest of that month.

After it ends, your account returns to the free level — the first mission and the skill drills. Your progress, scores, XP and rank are kept. If you come back later, you carry on where you stopped rather than starting again.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for periods that have already started, including part-used months and part-used years. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not return the current one.

We think that is fair because the first mission is free and complete, so you can judge the course properly before paying anything.

If something has gone wrong

That is different. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, write to contact@learnmissionstack.com and we will put it right.

Refunds through Stripe

Stripe acts as the merchant of record for these sales and handles payment support directly. That means you can also raise a refund request with Stripe through Link support, and Stripe may issue a refund in some cases independently of the policy above.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will try again and email you. Your access continues during that time. If it cannot be collected, the membership ends at the end of the period you last paid for.

Price changes

If we change the price, it applies from your next renewal and never partway through a period you have already paid for. We will tell you before it happens, and you can cancel if you would rather not continue.
